Welcome to Amulet Studios LLC (a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming)! By accessing or using our website and any products or services we offer ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

2. Our Apps

These Terms apply to all Amulet Studios apps, including Blocky's Blitz, Sealed, Nubkins, Color Flood, and DearMe. The following app-specific terms apply in addition to the general Terms below:

• Sealed: lets you create "capsules" of photos and journal entries that unlock on a future date you choose. Capsule content is encrypted and stored locally on your device only — we do not have access to this content and cannot recover it for you if you lose, reset, or uninstall the app from your device, or lose access to your device's biometric authentication or passcode. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your device and its contents.
• Nubkins: offers optional in-app purchases processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and our payments provider, RevenueCat. All purchases are subject to the refund and billing policies of the applicable app store and are otherwise final. Any subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your app store account settings prior to the renewal date.
• Color Flood: displays advertising served through Google AdMob and offers optional in-app purchases processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and our payments provider, RevenueCat. All purchases are subject to the refund and billing policies of the applicable app store and are otherwise final. Any subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your app store account settings prior to the renewal date. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• DearMe: offers optional in-app purchases processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and our payments provider, RevenueCat. All purchases are subject to the refund and billing policies of the applicable app store and are otherwise final. Any subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your app store account settings prior to the renewal date.
• Blocky's Blitz: displays advertising served through Google AdMob. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. You may not:

• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services or systems
• Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of our Services without express written permission
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of our Services
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our products — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Amulet Studios LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our explicit written permission.

5. User-Submitted Content

If you submit content to us (such as via our contact form or any community features), you grant Amulet Studios LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our Services. You represent that you own or have the rights to any content you submit. This does not apply to content you create locally within an app, such as Sealed journal entries and photos, which remains private to you and is never accessed, used, or displayed by us.

6. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience. Amulet Studios LLC has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Amulet Studios LLC does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amulet Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, any loss of content stored locally within an app (such as Sealed capsules) due to device loss, damage, factory reset, app uninstallation, or failure to back up your device.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amulet Studios LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Wyoming state law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
